A major percentage of the mid-continent lesser snow goose migration passes over us every spring and it is not uncommon to see 10-100,000 geese in a single migration day.

Our large numbers of quality decoys in choice locations combined with our years of experience make each spring hunt a true hunt to remember!

Although we can only shoot the snow and blue geese on our spring hunts, the decoying fully plumed ducks, tundra swans, pelicans, shore birds as well as all species of geese from the little cacklers through speckle bellies make Spring in Manitoba the best opportunity anywhere to experience the true beauty of the migration!

This season allows Waterfowlers everywhere to extend their season a few months, and once the birds pass the pressure of the Dakota’s, they relax and feed for a few weeks before making the final push to the brutal tundra. The same geese that power through the tremendous hunting pressure in Missouri, Nebraska, South and North Dakota, slow down and relax once they get North of the border and we love taking advantage of it!
